In Roderick's transcript, she claimed that she, Barr and her dog, Harley, ended up in
the emergency room at Summit Hospital in Show Low, Arizona. If, as Roderick claimed,
ALL of them ended up in the E. R.; INCLUDING the dog, is indeed true, then where is
that "evidence"?
This "evidence" does not include the hospital staff reporting the alleged call to the
police to report that Joel was arrested for possible child molest, but the injury he suffered
by Roderick's dog, Harley, would be in Barrs' medical file for the time period Bradley
Carlyon and Roderick claimed the the trip to the hospital took place.
ALL health care professionals are required by LAW to report a suspected crime to the
police, So, Avila's claim (in Barr's "trial" transcript) that they did not call the E. R. doctors
who supposedly were treating Barr and Roderick were no longer working at the hospital
is a LIE. Avila used that statement to ward off any more questions concerning this
BOGUS CLAIM. If law inforcement can get the files of Barr and Roderick, why not do that
then? They did not do that because the entire claim is BOGUS!
I have obtained a copy of Barr's medical records from Summit Hospital in Show Low,
Arizona. There is NO entry concerning Barr, Roderick, and Roderick's dog being in the
Emergency Room AT ALL!
All the "law enforcement" agencies in Apache County, Arizona had to do was get a
subpoena for the medical files of Roderick and Barr to prove Barr had been bitten by
Roderick's dog. Matrese Avila did not obtain any medical records and claimed that she
never even interviewed ANY MEDICAL PERSONELL...
IF THAT "FACT" DOES NOT EXIST, WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU? It should tell you
that all the "evidence" against Barr was MANUFACTURED, INCLUDING the statements
made by Roderick, Hoffman-Freeman, Ries, Avila, Carlyon, ad nauseam. It should also
tell you that any other "evidence" claimed by Apache County law enforcement is suspect.
What if this were your circumstances? How would you feel?
It is time for Arizona authorities who have jurisdiction over Apache County to start an
investigation into this mess they created...
